Following is a list of the properties I have for sale, WHOLESALE. Comments are based on the price range of the property. Some figures such as square feet, year built, bed/bath, lot size, zoning, etc., come from the tax rolls and are subject to error, please verify. Prices subject to change, up or down, due to many factors such as: work done to the property, time for sale, number of properties I have, etc.
Comparable Note: Stated values are after repairs and improvements and come from sales within a 1/2 mile radius of the property if possible. I do not look at the comparable properties so the values are my estimates based only on the numbers I see. I do not know how the comparables sold, bank financed, owner financed etc, and this can effect the sold prices. If I list comps I am doing so only to let you see some sales in the area. You should take the time to look at the comps and compare them to the property you are considering to make sure they are valid comparables.

We only charged the seller a small ($100) set up fee for putting it on our list. We have nothing to do with the selling of these properties and will not get any money from the sale. Please do proper due diligence in checking all properties you intend on buying.
The following Eight Properties are being sold at a great price to move them fast. Owner motivated and will work with the right buyer.
Six of the homes are 3/1, one is a 3/2, and one is a 4/1.

The properties BELOW have been SOLD, but not Closed. At times for one reason or another I may not close with my buyer and will put the property back on the market. To give you the first shot at it I would be happy to take your name as a VERBAL back-up. No obligations, you will simply be notified before it is put back on the market.
